The Wedding and Large Party Rental fee is $2,500.00 for May through August.  Peak season Weddings (September and October) are $3,000.  The rental fee includes use of the property for ceremony (if desired) and reception, use of the event barn, electricity, and set up and break down time.  Wedding rentals last from the Wednesday before the event until the Monday after for set-up and breakdown purposes.  

Smaller events, such as rehearsal dinners or small gatherings, are considered a two day rental.  The event rental fee for small events is $2,000 and includes use of the barn, market lighting and electricity.  

The event barn is equipped with market lighting and is fully wired to accommodate other vendors who require electricity.  All events require rental of a portable bathroom.  Access to water is available for catering vendors.  Candles and smoking are prohibited in the barn.
